Ballet Sculpt is the class I founded in 2011 after studying pilates and gaining my fitness qualifications. As a long-time yoga lover, I wanted to combine my passions for yoga, pilates and barre classes to create a class that would require only a yoga mat so that it could be taught anywhere without the need for tricky equipment and an actual ballet barre!
The class is 60 minutes and combines strength, stretching and core focused moves to lengthen, align and strengthen lean muscles. It is also a very mindfulness based class with a real focus on technique, posture and creating balance between every aspect of the physique.
I currently teach at several YMCA locations in inner Melbourne but I would love to expand my class and would definitely love to hear from you if you’re interested in hosting my class at your venue.
